Welcome to Genie Shoppy. By placing an order with us, accessing our website, or interacting with our brand through WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Influencer partners, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

A. 100% Photo Privacy Guarantee

We respect your privacy. As a personalized gifting brand, we handle your personal photographs with the utmost care. We guarantee that all customer photos uploaded for custom frames are automatically deleted from our servers post-printing. We do not store, misuse, or share your personal photographs with any unauthorized third parties.

B. Data Collection & Usage

We collect your Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email strictly for order fulfillment, courier delivery, and customer support. By interacting with our brand, you consent to our use of this data for:

Processing and shipping your orders via our courier partners.
Sending order updates and promotional offers via WhatsApp.
Marketing and retargeting through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Influencer marketing programs.

2. Payment Terms

100% Prepaid Only: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are custom-made with your personal photos, rendering them useless for resale. Therefore, full payment via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card is required upfront.
No Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed and the design/printing process has commenced, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping for all deliveries within Tamil Nadu. Orders outside Tamil Nadu may attract additional shipping charges based on weight and distance.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days after the preview is approved by the customer.
Delivery Partner: We use reputed logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

No Return / No Refund: Because all our products are fully customized (Photo Frames, Albums, etc.), we cannot accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances.
Free Replacement for Transit Damage: We use high-quality, unbreakable synthetic sheets to ensure safe transit. However, if your product arrives damaged during courier transit, we will provide a FREE Replacement subject to the following strict condition:
Unboxing Video Mandatory: You must provide a clear, uncut, 360-degree unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening to the discovery of the damage. Without a valid unboxing video, no replacement claims will be entertained.
