Ordering
How do I place an order?
Pick a single frame or a combo, upload your photos and check the live preview. Then check out on one page: enter your address and pay by UPI. We send your design preview on WhatsApp, and we print only after you approve it.
Can I order without uploading photos now?
Yes. Place the order and send the photos on WhatsApp later. Our team will match them to your order.
Can I get a combo that isn't listed?
Yes. Tell us the sizes and number of frames on WhatsApp and we'll quote a custom combo.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes: return gifts, festival gifts for staff, wedding favours and more. Message us with the quantity and your budget.
Photos & design
What kind of photos work?
Phone photos are fine. On the frame designer, the quality meter shows how well your photo suits the size you picked. Our designers enhance low-light or older photos so they print sharp.
Will I see the design before it's printed?
Always. We send a design preview on WhatsApp for every order and print only after you approve it. You can ask for changes before approving.
Can you add names, dates or text?
Yes. Add them in the notes at checkout or tell us on WhatsApp. They appear in your design preview.
Can I edit, crop or add filters myself?
Yes. The designer lets you crop, rotate, adjust brightness and colour and apply filters for each photo, with a live preview.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your order and are deleted once it's complete. We never post customer photos publicly without your written permission. See our privacy policy.
Sizes & previews
How do I know how big the frame really is?
Every product page shows the size on a real person and on a room wall at true scale. On your phone, tap View in your room to place the frame on your wall at its real size with live AR.
No AR on your phone, or using a computer? Use 📏 Exact size on my wall: stick an A4 sheet on your wall, take a photo, and we draw the frame at its exact size in that photo.
Is "12x18" the photo size or the frame size?
The size is the print size in inches, and the whole print is visible. The plain frame adds 1 inch on every side, so a 12x18 frame is 14 × 20 inches outside.
Which size should I pick for my wall?
Desk and shelf: 6x4 to 12x8. Bedroom walls: 12x15 to 12x18. Above a sofa or bed: 16x20 or larger, or a combo. Not sure? Send us a photo of the wall on WhatsApp and we'll suggest one.
Payment
How do I pay?
By UPI on the checkout page: scan our QR or tap Pay with UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any bank app). Then upload the payment screenshot or enter the UPI reference number, or share the screenshot on WhatsApp.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Every frame is custom-made with your photos, so all orders are prepaid. You still see and approve the design before we print.
Can I use a coupon? Will I get a bill?
Enter coupon codes in the order summary at checkout. A PDF bill with your items, photos and address is ready right after you order.
Delivery
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Everywhere in Tamil Nadu: Free delivery across Tamil Nadu. For other states, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
5–8 working days after you approve the design. Designs approved before 4 PM are dispatched the same day by ST Courier. Check your dates with the delivery estimator.
How do I track my order?
We send the ST Courier tracking number on WhatsApp on the day of dispatch. You can also reopen your order and bill from the checkout page on the same phone.
I need it urgently. Can you help?
Tell us your date on WhatsApp before ordering. When we can speed things up there's a small extra charge, which we confirm upfront.
Returns & refunds
What if my frame arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the damage on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We reprint and reship it, or refund you. You don't need to send the damaged item back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, any time before you approve the design. Once you approve it and printing starts, the order can't be cancelled.
Can I return a frame I don't like?
Because each frame is printed with your photo after your approval, we can't take returns for change of mind. That's why we always send a preview first. See our refund policy.
