To purchase a product, go to the Shop tab in our GenieShoppy Menu. Choose and Shop your product from the category list of GenieShoppy. After choosing your product, click on Add to Cart. Your product will be added to the cart page. Find the check out option in the cart page. Click on check out option and place your order.

If you haven’t received your receipt or login details, you can contact our team through phone or E-mail. Our customer support member will ask you for details about your query. Give your product details and gmail to the customer support member. They will verify your details. Once verification is done, you will receive your receipt. The other option is your contact form. Fill the contact form given below. Enter the name of the product. After verification, you will receive your receipt or login details.

If you are unable to login to your account, click on forget password option. You will get a link in your registered mail ID for resetting your password. Reset your password with the link. Now you can go to the main menu, give your email ID and password and login to your account.

 

If you can’t find your product by searching in our website, try to search your product by using different keywords. Or else, you can email your required product details to our E-mail ID.

Most of our products in GenieShoppy have cash on delivery option. If you want to make your payment online, you can do it through payment gateways such as Insta Mojo, Paypal and also through Net banking.

Yes, you can store more than one payment method in your GenieShoppy account. We will be having a record of your debit card or credit card details with your consent as per our terms and conditions. You can make your future payments instantly by using this record. We will take your data only if you allow us. If you are not willing to save your bank or card details to our database, we will not add it to our data base.

You can cancel your GenieShoppy account by reaching our helpdesk. Request our customer support executive through phone call or e-mail. We will cancel your account based on your request.

 

If you want to return a product, find the return option in the footer of the page. It will take

you to return page. Mention the details of the product to be returned. Your request for returning of product will be confirmed.

You can add your refunded money to your GenieShoppy wallet. You can contact us through Phone call or E-mail and let us know your choice of refund. If you want us to add your refunded money to your wallet, we will take up the process and add the money to your wallet.

First case: If you want to exchange your product before your delivery of the product, first you have to cancel your order. Cancellation limit for each and every product will be having certain time limit. After cancellation, you can order for some other product.

Second case: If you want to exchange the product you have received in your hand, you have to do it within the specified time for your product. Return your product to us first. Once we received it, we will refund your money or else you can order a new product in exchange of your returned product.
